Cancellation policy

You can cancel any class free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts. Just open your dashboard, find the class, and tap Cancel. No questions, no fees, and your credit is returned to you.

Cancellations inside 12 hours are billed automatically, as if the class happened. It's not a penalty and it's not up to your tutor; it's that your tutor has already blocked that time and prepared for your session, so our policy bills it the same as a completed class.

If your tutor cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund automatically. We also match you with a different tutor if you'd like. Your credit comes with you.

If you don't show up to a class you've booked, it counts as a same-day cancellation and is billed automatically, the same as any other cancellation inside the 12-hour window.

If your tutor doesn't show up, we refund the class in full and get in touch to figure out what happened.

We don't like enforcing this, but if you cancel less than 12 hours out repeatedly with the same tutor, we may ask you to switch tutors or take a break. Our tutors' time is real, and building teaching relationships means honoring it.

If you have to cancel late because of a real emergency (illness, family, work), send us a note. We handle these case by case. Kindness is our first response.

If you cancel more than 12 hours out or your tutor cancels, your refund processes to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. If you paid with credit or a package, the credit returns to your account instantly.
