Every tutor offers a 4-class and an 8-class monthly package at their own discount. After your trial you subscribe to a package instead of booking one-off classes, and you can cancel anytime.

Each tutor sets their rate based on their experience, specialty, and demand. Trial classes are always 25 minutes at 50% of the tutor's hourly rate, so a $60/hr tutor's trial is $30. A $80/hr tutor's trial is $40. And so on.
As a student, reschedule or cancel any class free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts. Cancellations inside that window are billed automatically, as scheduled. Your tutor can reschedule a class anytime, including inside the 12-hour window. If your tutor cancels, you're fully refunded and matched with someone else if you'd like.
If you want to try a different tutor after a class or two, your remaining class credits transfer at face value. If the new tutor charges more, you pay the difference. If they charge less, the extra credit stays with you for future classes.
